I am writing in support of Alan Tibbetts, Democratic candidate for House District 77 (Sidney and part of Oakland).
A longtime resident of Sidney, Alan’s commitment to public service is demonstrated by his long, successful, military career and his extensive involvement in community affairs. He is hardworking and knowledgeable about the issues facing our state, including the need to encourage and promote the establishment and growth of small businesses in Maine. Alan is also committed to the goal of providing affordable and effective health care to all Mainers, through both Medicaid expansion and the reduction of the per person cost involved in accessing the health-care system. Respectful of differing viewpoints, he will be an effective voice for his district.
