BRUNSWICK — Lydia Dexter had a goal and an assist to spark the Messalonskee field hockey team to a 4-0 victory over Brunswick in a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class A game Monday.

Kaitlyn Smith, Megan Quirion and Haley Lowell also scored for Messalonskee (4-2). Hannah Pinney made three saves.

Libby Felkay stopped 10 shots for Brunswick (2-3).

OAK HILL 8, HALL-DALE 0: Erika Hannigan scored a hat trick to lift the Raiders to the MVC win in Farmingdale.

Zoe Buteau added two goals for Oak Hill (3-1) while Hayden Spencer, Maegan Sheehy and Lexi Fuller also scored.

Kaylee Magee and Mia Rollins combined to make 11 saves for Hall-Dale (0-4).
