There is an old adage that says: If it waddles like a duck, and if it swims like a duck and it quacks like a duck, then it is a duck.

Applying this to the current political contretemps, one could say: If it rants like a racist, and if it bullies like a racist, and if it is convinced of its own superiority like a racist, than it is a racist.
