11:50 a.m., Timothy B. Haskell, 64, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence (alcohol) with one prior, and operating while license suspended or revoked for operating under the influence, following an investigation of traffic complaints at Route 3 East and Riverside Drive.

GARDINER

Thursday at 5:12 p.m., a 17-year-old girl was arrested on charges of a minor consuming liquor, escape, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

WINTHROP

Thursday at 2:45 p.m., Philip R. Taylor, 69, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of theft and violation of bail conditions.
