WINSLOW — Five players scored and the Winslow field hockey team didn’t allow a shot on goal as it rolled to a 5-0 victory over Erskine in Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class B game Monday afternoon.
Anna Petrovic, Weslee Littlefield, Silver Clukey, Cassidy Richard and Taylor Rodriguez scored for Winslow (5-6-1), while Maddie Beckwith had an assist.
Hannah Burns made 11 saves for Erskine.
MESSALONSKEE 8, BANGOR 1: Chloe Tilley, Autumn Littlefield and Kaitlyn Smith each scored two goals to power the Eagles (10-2) to the Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class A victory.
Emily Warren and Haley Lowell also scored while Lydia Dexter had three assists.
Hannah Pinney and Julia Vigue combined to make three saves for the Eagles while Kahia Maheux had 25 for Bangor.
GIRLS SOCCER
VALLEY 3, PINE TREE 0: Lexi Davis scored two goals and Kendra Sweet added another as the Cavaliers earned the East/West Conference victory in Bingham.
Samantha West had 17 saves for Valley while Isabelle Yeaton and Adriana DePalma combined for 35 for Pine Tree.
