I support Jill Ducharme, a candidate for House District 76 (Belgrade, Fayette, Mount Vernon, Rome, Vienna and Wayne).
She gained broad business experience over her 20-plus years in the private sector, 17 for a Fortune 500 company. She then established a consulting business for nonprofits. Her work focuses on economic development, and she is presently working with Katahdin-area towns that have lost jobs. She knows how mill closures affect families and towns, as her father worked at a paper mill for many years that closed.
We need a representative in the Legislature who will reach across the aisle to work cooperatively with all legislators to improve the lives of people in our district and all Mainers. Jill’s skills will strengthen Maine’s economy and help people who need a hand to become productive, working citizens.
