GARDINER — Amber Hill scored with 7.2 seconds left in the second overtime as Waterville stunned Gardiner 2-1 to hand the Tigers their first loss of the season in Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class B field hockey action Tuesday.

Gardiner (13-1-0) opened the scoring on a goal from Hailee Lovely with 21:09 left in the second half. Jennasea Hubbard tied the game with an unassisted goal with 8:03 remaining, setting up Hill’s game-winner.

Avery Backus made one save for the Tigers while Coby Dangler stopped eight shots for the Puple Panthers (3-10-1).

OAK HILL 4, DIRIGO 1: Abby Asselin scored a goal and an assist to lead the Raiders to the Mountain Valey Conference victory in Dixfield.

Maegan Sheehy, Hayden Spencer and Mercedes Pease also scored for Oak Hill (13-1).

Kayla Brooks scored for Dirigo (7-7).

CONY 4, HAMPDEN 0: Sophie Whitney had two goals to pace the Rams to the KVAC A win in Hampden.

Abbey Trow added a goal and an assist for Cony (9-3-2) while Delaney Keithley had the other goal. Jacki Carleton made two saves.

Ruby Ramsay stopped 13 shots for the Broncos (6-7-1).

ERSKINE 1, MARANACOOK 0: Alana York scored off an assist from Lauren Wood to give the Eagles the KVAC B win in South China.

Caitlin Labbe made seven saves for Erskine (8-2-2) while Skyeler Webb stopped 17 shots for Maranacook (4-6-2).

RICHMOND 12, PINE TREE 0: Meranda Martin had five goals and two assists to lead the host Bobcats to the Class D win.

Caitlin Kendrick added two goals and two assists for Richmond (10-1-0) while Destiny Anair added a goal and three assists. Emily Snowden, Abby Johnson, Camryn Hurley and Cassidy Harriman each had a goal. Sydney Tilton and Kennedy Chandler didn’t have to make a save while sharing net duties.

Taylor Waterman made 13 saves for Pine Tree (1-5-2).

OAK HILL 0, LISBON 0: Despite outshooting the Greyhounds 20-10, the Raiders had to settle for the MVC tie in Wales.

Anna Dodge made five saves for Oak Hill (0-2-2) while Ali Sult stopped 11 shots for Lisbon (6-3-4).

SKOWHEGAN 2, CONY 0: Alyssa Everett and Sydney Reed each scored a goal to lift the Indians to the KVAC A win in Skowhegan.

Josie Parker had an assist for Skowhegan (3-9-0) and Amber Merry made two saves.

Gabby Low stopped 16 shots for Cony (1-10-2).

HALL-DALE 4, WINTHROP 2: Addie Davis scored two goals and Olivia Bourque had a goal and an assist as the Bulldogs prevailed in an MVC game in Farmingdale. Sabrina Freeman also scored for Hall-Dale (5-7-1).

Shie Smith and Jillian Schmeltzer scored for Winthrop (3-9-1).

RICHMOND 14, PINE TREE 2: Matt Rines had a hat trick and an assist to lead the host Bobcats to the Class D win.

Cody Tribbett and Nick Adams each added two goals and two assists while Matt Holt had two goals. Nate Kendrick, Zack Marseglia, Ford Strout, Trystin Shea and Mason Blake rounded out the scoring. Brendan Emmons had four assists while Zach Small and John Paradis combined to make 12 saves for Richmond (10-1-0).

Evan Owen stopped 15 shots for Pine Tree (2-9-0).

CAMDEN HILLS 1, MESSALONSKEE 1: Dylan Labun scored to tie the game as the Eagles and Windjammers settled for a KVAC A draw in Oakland.

Jack Moore assisted on the goal. Chase Warren made six saves for Messalonskee (6-4-2).

Havanna Lyman scored for Camden Hills (8-3-1) and Lucas Boetsch stopped four shots.

HALL-DALE 2, WINTHROP 0: Eli Smith and Alec Byron each scored a goal to pace the Bulldogs to the MVC win in Winthrop.

LINCOLN 1, GARDINER 1 OT: Cam Bell scored with 1:30 left in the game to help the Tigers salvage a KVAC B tie in Gardiner. Connor McGuire made six saves for Gardiner (4-7-1).

Nate Simmons scored for Lincoln (6-3-3) while Sam Laemmle stopped 10 shots.
