12:24 p.m., Nicole Waas, 31, of Buckfield, was arrested and charged with operating after habitual offender revocation, two counts of violating condition of release, operating while license suspended or revoked, operating after revocation and failing to report.

5:42 a.m., Jeremy Lemere, 54, of Farmington, was arrested and charged with harassment by telephone.

2:30 p.m., William Armstrong, 52, of New Vineyard, was arrested and charged with probation revocation.
