DAMARISCOTTA — A “Stress: It’s All in the Family” workshop will be offered at 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, at Spectrum Generations Coastal Community Center, 521 Main St. The workshop is designed to give insight needed to understand family dynamics.

Harriet Vaughan, a 50-year veteran of marriage and motherhood, and owner of Legacy Years, will introduce the DiSC method of understanding behavior. DiSC is the leading personal assessment tool used by more than 1 million people every year to improve family dynamics, work productivity, teamwork and communication.
