RICHMOND — Cody Tribbet had two goals and an assist to pace Richmond past Searsport 4-1 in a Class D South boy soccer quarterfinal game Tuesday.

Matt Holt added two goals for Richmond (14-1-0) while Matt Rines chipped in with an assist. Zach Small made five saves. The Bobcats will host No. 5 Islesboro in the semifinals Friday.

Liam MacMillion scored for Searsport (9-6-0) and Ben Powell made 23 saves.

A NORTH

MT. ARARAT 2, MESSALONSKEE 1: Nick Merrill and Max Spelke scored in the second half to help Mt. Ararat sink Messalonskee 2-1 Tuesday night.

James Kouletsis scored for Messalonskee, which finished 8-5-2.

Chase Warren had 12 saves for Messalonskee while Gavin Patterson had five for Mt. Ararat.
