IN FAIRFIELD, Wednesday at 9:50 p.m., Walter R. York, 24, of Benton, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle under the influence with a prior offense.

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wednesday at 1:15 a.m., Mark Garner, 24, of Rangeley, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence of alcohol.

8 a.m., Jacob Hemming, 35, of New Vineyard, was arrested on charges of criminal mischief and violating a condition of release.

8:18 a.m., Andre Roy, 35, of Jay, was arrested on charges of leaving the scene of an accident and operating a vehicle after a suspension.

11:38 a.m., Toby Hellgren, 62, of Temple, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault with prior offenses.
