BELGRADE — Winners of the Coloring Contest, sponsored by the Friends of the Belgrade Public Library, held Oct. 8 at the Harvest Festival, have been announced.
Heidi Osborne is the winner for the children 8-12 years old, and Nathan Loeckler is the winner for the children 7 and younger. The winners received $5 each as their prize.

Nathan Cochran came in second for children 8 to 12 years old and Alahna Hart came in second for children 7 and younger. They each received a Halloween goodie bag as their prizes. Twenty children participated in the contest.
