I know from my own life that experience counts. The more complicated the work, the greater value we get from experience.

In the campaign for Kennebec County commissioner in District 1, Patsy Crockett, appointed recently by the governor to temporarily fill the vacancy created by the death of Beverly Daggett, comes to the position with a decade of experience working on the issues facing county governments. She gained this experience while working for both the Maine Sheriff’s Assocation and the Maine County Commissioners Association, where she helped develop new approaches to problems and advocated for them at the Legislature. Let’s keep her experience working for us.
