Hallowell Ward 3 has a great race for City Council this year. We’re lucky to have a choice.
Our city has three big issues — a decision about fire services, development of the Stevens School complex, and the reconstruction of Water Street. Negotiating our way through these complex issues demands much from our city councilors.
Because of these big issues I support Phil Lindley for re-election. His experience will be essential. He knows the ins and outs of state government, and has been involved in all three issues from the start.
As a longtime resident who has repeatedly demonstrated his commitment to our city, he is not afraid to ask questions and raise objections. He does his homework, and will dig a little deeper into the issues before him. We need Phil Lindley for Ward 3 on Hallowell City Council.
