On Nov. 8 I will be voting for Sen. Rodney Whittemore for the state Senate from Somerset County. Rodney understands that small businesses in Maine are the biggest part of the economy here and without businesses, small or large, there will be no jobs and no jobs means no money to support the social programs that support our children, seniors, veterans and the homeless.
Whittemore’s Maine Economic Research Institute rating is 86.75, as opposed to his competitor’s rating of 21.88. With manufacturing and the paper companies slowly drifting away, small businesses will carry more and more of the burden of supporting our state’s needs. Join with me and vote for Whittemore.
