6:30 p.m., Andrew N. Roy, 35, of Jay, was arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of a child and violating a condition of release.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 9:12 a.m., Jeffrey S. Ronco, 48, of Somerset, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence terrorizing.
