WINSLOW — A health insurance navigator will offer assistance and answer questions about enrolling or re-enrolling in the Health Insurance Marketplace, from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29, at Winslow Public Library, 136 Halifax St. The Health Insurance Marketplace also is known as Affordable Care Act insurance.
