Farmington held its 40th annual parade commemorating Chester Greenwood on Saturday, and the event was replete with its customary costumes and signature headgear. Greenwood relatives participated in the tribute to their ancestor, who invented earmuffs in 1873. The parade also featured, as usual, Clyde Ross portraying Greenwood, as he has done for 29 years.
