HALLOWELL — Spectrum Generations William S. Cohen Community Center will host a Night Sky Dome Van Trip from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 15, to L.L. Bean’s version of the Northern Lights at Discovery Park in Freeport. Those who attend can see the brand new Aurora Borealis experience projected on the ceiling of a geodesic dome.
Lunch, which everyone buys their own, also will be in Freeport.
To reserve a seat, call 626-7777 by Tuesday. The van will leave at 10 a.m. from the center at 22 Town Farm Road.
The cost is $20 per person. Proceeds will benefit the health & wellness programs and activities at the center.
