Anson resident Bill Lynds donated hay bales to create Magic in front of the Town Office. His hat is made of a truck tire donated by Bruce Manzer, of Anson. The Town of Anson’s highway crew put the snowman together and the Town Office staff brought him to life with some paint and fabric for the scarf. The town welcomes community members in the holiday spirit to come take pictures with Magic.
