On Sunday, Nov. 27, we lost our 17-year-old cat. For two days we spent hours looking for her. With the cold and damp weather, we were beginning to lose hope.

However, on Monday night we found a website for lost animals and posted all our information. Tuesday morning, we got the best call ever; Sabrina had been found. Some caring person had brought her into the shelter Monday afternoon.

Our deepest thank-you for whomever it was, and to the Kennebec Humaine Society and the Gardiner police for following up with us.
