SKOWHEGAN — The first Senior Gathering Place meeting is set for 1-3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 11, at the UMaine Cooperative Extension meeting room, 7 County Drive.
The event is for those who are looking for a place to meet with senior friends to have coffee, play games and talk. Free coffee and snacks will be available.
The group is meeting at this location in partnership with the Somerset Grange and Somerset Public Health.
Future meetings will be held every second and fourth Wednesday of each month.
