10:06 p.m., William Herbert Smith, 41, of St. Albans, was arrested on a warrant.

Sunday at 12:39 a.m., Brian Lee Plante, 35, of Madison, was arrested on charges of refusing to sign a summons, operating a vehicle under the influence with one prior offense and two charges of operating a vehicle without a license.
