DAMARISCOTTA — Spectrum Generations is participating in American Heart Month. The Coastal Team asks the community to show support for educational programs and cardiovascular research by wearing red on National Wear Red Day, Friday, Feb. 3.
Cathy Cole, regional director, education, LCH, PBH, WCGH, or a member of the LincolnHealth clinical education team, will host a candid discussion at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 23, at the Coastal Community Center. The focus of the talk will be how women, across all generations, can take control of their heart health.
Remember to wear red for women and to bring a heart healthy red bag lunch. Beverages provided.
Participation fee is $5. Advance registration required by calling 563-1363.
