Ian M. Dubord, 26, of Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked Nov. 11, 2016, in Winthrop; $500 fine.
Andrew L. Dupont, 47, of Waterville, possession of marijuana up to 1 1/4 ounce Oct. 27, 2016, in Gardiner; $350 fine.
Jhonder Garcia-Hernandez, 32, of Portland, possession of marijuana up to 1 1/4 ounce Sept. 3, 2016, in West Gardiner, dismissed.
