The Kennebec Valley Garden Club is accepting applications for the Barrows Scholarship.

Qualified individuals are high school seniors, college undergraduates, graduate students, and/or teachers who reside in Kennebec County. Applicants must major in some field of horticulture. Candidates can reapply each year by sending an updated application. The scholarship will range from $500 to $1,000.

The application deadline is April 28.
