This letter is to thank Patrick Paradis for all he has done for the people of Ward 3 as our city councilor. He never failed or hesitated to return our calls when we asked for his help in solving any problems in our neighborhood. We are also very fortunate to call him our friend. We wish him the best in his future endeavors.
