AUGUSTA — Austin Parlin scored 28 points, including eight 3-pointers, to lead Cony past Camden Hills 79-70 for a Class A North win Wednesday.

Jordan Roddy added 14 points, five assists and five steals for Cony (8-9) while Nate Parlin scored 12 points.

Devin Vangel scored 29 points to lead Camden Hills (5-12).

BANGOR 61, MESSALONSKEE 52: Ian Nagle scored 20 points to lead the Class AA Rams over the Class A Eagles in Bangor.

Damien Vance added 16 points for the Bangor (6-11), while George Payne scored 11.

Nate Violette led Messalonskee (12-5) with 25 points.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

RICHMOND 53, VALLEY 16: Sydney Tilton had 17 points and 12 rebounds to spark the host Bobcats to the East/West Conference win.

Mackenzie Abbott added 15 points for Richmond, which finished the regular season unbeaten at 18-0.

Valley (4-14) was led by Hallie Miller with six points and Haven Mayhew with five.

MESSALONSKEE 61, BANGOR 39: Sophie Holmes had 24 points and five steals to lead the Eagles to the win over the Class AA Rams in Oakland.

Ally Turner added nine points, six rebounds and three assists for Messalonskee (17-0) while Gabrielle Wener hauled in nine rebounds.

Bangor (8-9) was led by Katie Butler with 18 points.

WINTHROP 37, HALL-DALE 28: Shie Smith and Addi Chaparain each scored nine points to lead the Ramblers to the Mountain Valley Conference win in Farmingdale.

Aaliyah Wilson-Falcone chipped in six points for Winthrop (11-7).

Cat Kincaid led Hall-Dale (1-17) with 10 points, eight rebounds and three blocks.

WATERVILLE 77, WINTHROP/MARANACOOK 70: Dakota Moore scored 20 points and Jessica Williams added 18 to lead the host Purple Panthers to the win.

Joseph Libby-Cornette chipped in13 points for Waterville (2-1).

Malcolm Lavallee led Winthrop/Maranacook (1-1) with 16 poins while Brandon Norton scored 10 and Lucas Thompson and Brooke Murray each had eight.
