Fire crews from Waterville and Winslow were on the scene of a structure fire Saturday night on John Avenue in Waterville.

Capt. Jim Lane, of the Fairfield Fire Department, which was covering the Waterville station Saturday night, said all of the occupants of home were out of the house and no injuries were reported. The fire was reported just before 7 p.m.

“They’re in the search mode; there’s no major fire,” Lane said by phone about 7:30 p.m. “There are no advisories anymore.”
