ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Sunday, Vincent Haines, 18, of Carthage, was arrested on charges of violating conditions of release and operating without a license.

Monday at 10:30 a.m., Theodore Suffoletto Jr., 36, of Strong, was arrested on a warrant for unpaid fines.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Sunday at 1:31 p.m., Marcus Buzzell, 23, of Skowhegan, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.

5:31 p.m., Nicholas James Bowman, 22, of North Anson, was arrested and charged with domestic violence terrorizing and driving to endanger.

Monday at 1:01 a.m., Patrick Henry Dube, 34, of Anson, was arrested and charged with violating conditions of release and attaching false plates.

4:07 a.m., Merrill David Maceda, 28, of Skowhegan, was arrested on two warrants.
