ORONO — A three-part webinar series on reduced tillage practices for organic vegetable farmers will take pace from 3 to 5 p.m. Thursday, March 9, 16 and 23.

Topics will include using permanent bed systems to manage weeds and increase productivity, integrating cover crops and controlling disease, and cultivation techniques in reduced tillage crops. The series will be taught by staff and faculty from Cornell University, Michigan State University and University of Maine Cooperative Extension.
