As our legislators spend the winter in Augusta once again, I would like to offer some basic advice.

Instead of trying to decide if high school students should sleep in during the morning, do something that will save those kids’ lives. Outlaw talking on the cell phone while driving, even though this might affect you. Get this done and you won’t be wasting our time and money.
