Media reports have been tiptoeing around the falsehoods by Attorney General Jeffrey Sessions.
Phrases like “did not reveal” or “failed to disclose” or “possibly misleading” are inadequate. The fact is, he lied. Under oath he stated he did not have contact with Russian officials, when in reality, he did. Lying under oath is perjury.
Where is the righteous indignation expressed by Republican leadership at the time of Bill Clinton’s equivocation?
