Sunday at 12:02 p.m., Keith R. Laney, 43, of Augusta was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after disorderly conduct was reported on Water Street.

HALLOWELL

Saturday at 4:01 p.m., John R. Cardinal, 55, of Farmingdale was arrested on a charge of operating after a habitual offender revocation after a traffic stop was performed on Outlet and Jamies Pond roads.
