Carmen Pelletier and Juan Loubier wish to announce their engagement.

Carmen is the Daughter of Percy and Ruthann Pelletier of Oakland and is employed as a Hair Stylist for JCPenney Hair Salon.

Juan is the son of David and Joyce Loubier of Winslow and is employed with Thompson Volkswagon, Audi, Mazda as a Sales Representative.

The couple will be tying the knot in September 2017.
