WATERVILLE — Matter of Balance will be offered from 1 to 3 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday, May 30 through June 29, at Spectrum Generations Muskie Community Center, 38 Gold St.

The program is designed to reduce the fear of falling and encourage physical activity.
