AUGUSTA — The Color Dash 5K Fun Run/Walk is scheduled for Saturday, June 3, at 16 Cony St. On site registration will begin at 7 a.m.

The event will begin at 9:30 a.m. Participants will start with white T-shirts and get doused with an array of colors at each kilometer.

After the race, the remaining color will be thrown up into the air, creating a color explosion at 12:30 p.m.

There will be vendors, a DJ Dance Party, drawings, contests and more. This family friendly event is for all ages, shapes and abilities.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit The Kennebec Valley Chamber and Augusta Downtown Alliance.
