The Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, or ‘forest bathing,’ is a chance to experience the forest through a special guided walk.

Workshop, originally scheduled for April 1, was cancelled because of a snowstorm.

The class is offered by Inland Hospital and NAMI Maine.
