WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — Christina Netten, of Hallowell, received a doctor of nursing practice in nursing at Wilkes University.

The university awarded 782 bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees at its 70th spring commencement ceremonies on May 20.
