The Medomak Valley Land Trust will host a paddle at 5 p.m. Tuesday, June 20, to Hungry Island in Muscongus Bay the Meduncook River in Friendship. All kayakers are invited to paddle along this section of Muscongus Bay. The trip will depart from the boat ramp on Martin Point Road in Friendship.
Participants should provide their own boat and life preserver, and paddlers younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult. This will be an intermediate level paddle, and participant should be prepared for conditions that can worsen based on weather. The trip will take place rain or shine.
