I want to share this. On a recent Saturday in Fairfield at PAL Fields, Skowhegan played Waterville in the 10-and-under all-star district tournament. Waterville showed such sportsmanship. During the game, a 9-year-old from Skowhegan hit his first out-of-the-park home run.

While he went around the bases, all of the Waterville players high-fived him. As he made it to home plate, the catcher greeted him with a glove high-five.

This goes to show how even at a young age these kids do display amazing sportsmanship. Something you don’t see every day.
