FARMINGTON — A parenting class, Cooperative Parenting & Divorce: Shielding Children from Conflict, will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays, Oct. 30, Nov. 1, 6, 8, 13, 15, 20 and 22 at Franklin County Children’s Task Force, 113 Church St.

This video-based program gives divorcing or separating parents the power to make positive changes that shield their children from parental conflict and guides them into establishing a long-term relationship with the child’s other parents. It is the most extensive, informative and interactive resource to date that examines the complex realities of divorce.
