FAIRFIELD — A Pageant of Peculiar Pedigree fundraiser — a dog show for all dogs, is planned for 2 p.m. Saturday, July 29, at the gazebo in Monument Park.

This family friendly show is open to all dogs, no special pedigree or skills required, no pressure, no requirements — except a person must be leashed to each dog. It is all for the fun of getting dogs and dog lovers of all ages together. There are four prize categories: Agility, Costume, Trick and Best of Show. A $5 entry fee supports Caritas, Lebanon, a nonprofit volunteer group assisting refugees. The show is free to watch, so bring a chair. Refreshments will be on sale.

To enter, volunteer, donate, or for more information, contact 314-4730 or singhawk@myfairpoint.net.
