The Western Mountain Photography Show, presented by the Rangeley Friends of the Arts, is set for Sept. 15 and 16 at the Rangeley Inn and Tavern.
The show is an open photography competition with cash prizes, awards reception and public exhibit. The theme for 2017 is Shapes. Interpet this word/concept any way you choose, and there will be a cash prize for Best Overall as well as for first, second and third for two categories: Color and black and white.
A People’s Choice ribbon will be awarded based on a popular vote of attendees.
