The Coachman Inn, a Kittery hotel that has been in the DellaPasqua family for more than 50 years, has been sold.
The 43-room inn on Route 1 was sold for more than $3 million, according to Daigle Commercial Group of Portland, which brokered the sale and declined to provide an exact sale price.
The inn was bought Aug. 15 by Giri Management LLC of Massachusetts. The new owners intend to continue to operate it as a hotel, according to Daigle.
Giri Management already operates nine other properties in Maine, including the Hampton Inn next to the Oxford Casino and the Best Western in Brunswick.
