The Waterville Department of Public Works has announced that the residential yard waste drop-off site for brush will open for the season from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays starting Oct. 2, and from 7 a.m. to noon Saturdays, Oct. 14 and Nov. 4.

Brush and tree limbs, in addition to compostable yard waste, such as grass clippings, plantings, leaves, etc., will continue to be accepted through November.
