SKOWHEGAN — Three different goal scorers lifted the Messalonskee girls soccer team past Skowhegan 3-0 in a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class A game Thursday.

Emily Parent, Shauna Clark and Makayla Wilson all scored for Messalonskee (6-1-2), while Edin Sisson added a pair of assists. Hannah DelGiudice had 11 saves in the victory.

Abby Buckingham made 29 saves for the Indians (2-7-0).

GIRLS SOCCER

MT. ARARAT 2, CONY 0: Jessica Cloutier and Reese Turcotte scored to lead the Eagles to the KVAC A victory in Augusta. Zoe Stilphen had five saves for Mt. Ararat (3-3-1).

Kiara Henry had eight saves for Cony (0-8-1).

MARANACOOK 2, GARDINER 0: Maggie Vigue and Lauren Clough each tallied goals to lead the Black Bears in Gardiner.

Evelyn St. Germaine and MJ Williams had assists for Maranacook (4-3-2). Skyeler Webb had 11 saves to earn the shutout.

Brianna Perry had 15 saves for Gardiner (0-8-1).

BREWER 8, LAWRENCE 3: Hannah Walsh had a goal and two assists as the Bulldogs fell in Brewer.

Mallory Beane had a goal and an assist, while Ashley Rhoades added an assist for Lawrence (2-7-0).

Josefine Ardbo had four goals for Brewer (5-2-1).

BOYS SOCCER

MESSALONSKEE 6, SKOWHEGAN 0: Ryan McCarthy had a goal and an assist to lead the Eagles to a KVAC A win over the Indians in Oakland.

Jacob Perry, Hunter Smith, Tucker Charles, Ryan McCarthy and Dan Fulling each added goals for Messalonskee (3-5-1), while Elijah Caret added an assist. Dawson Charles needed just one save for the shutout.

Clay Miller had seven saves for Skowhegan (0-9-0).

WINTHROP 8, WISCASSET 4: Jared McLaughlin scored four goals and Rowan Goebel-Bain added two as the Ramblers rolled to the Mountain Valley Conference victory in Winthrop. Noah Grube and Lucas Grube also scored for Winthrop. Noah Grube added two assists.

Ben Boulay had six saves for Winthrop.

FIELD HOCKEY

SKOWHEGAN 3, OXFORD HILLS 0: Maliea Kelso scored two goals and Olivia Hatch added another as the Indians rolled to the KVAC A victory.

Haley Carter and Alexis Michonski each had assists while Leah Savage needed to make just two saves for Skowhegan (9-1).
