MADISON — A wreath-laying ceremony will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 11, at the American/Canadian Memorial at Forest Hills Cemetery. A Veterans Day service will follow to include welcome, National Anthem, Pledge of Allegiance, prayer, speaker Ethan Knox, a veteran speaker, God Bless America and comments by the commander at the American Legion Hall, 20 South Maple St.

A luncheon will be served after the ceremony, followed by the flag retirement ceremony, the proper disposal of old flags, with NCB39 Sea Cadets and Boy Scout Troops.

Bring old, tattered flags that day or drop them off at the hall.
