The City of Waterville Police Department reminds residents and visitors that a winter parking ban will be in effect Dec. 1 through April 30 between 12:01 and 6 a.m.

No vehicles can be parked on any city street or public parking lot during this period. Overnight parking is permitted at the Head of Falls parking lot off Front Street.
