A free Christmas concert by the Carol Bailey String Band, directed by Pat and Jon Bailey, is set for 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 16, at the Hope Baptist Church, 726 Western Ave. in Manchester.

The Heritage music in the program is from around the world. The band is a group of folks age 65 and older.
